Once you've gotten your Stillaguamish Capacity Fund, there's a few things you should know. Make sure you review the Application Guidelines again, there's a lot of good information in there!

The Capacity Fund works off a reimbursement basis, which means you'll need to invoice for time and expenses you've incurred on this project. Invoices are accepted quarterly on the 15th of January, April, July and October, and must be submitted with a Progress Report Form.

Progress Reports are due each quarter (on the 15th of January, April, July and October) whether or not you'll be submitting an invoice. We want to know how your project is going. If no work has been completed, just tell us that! Progress Reports should be quick and easy to fill out, so please make sure you submit them on time.

Once your project is complete, you'll need to fill out a Final Report Form instead of your regular Progress Report, and submit it with your last invoice. Final invoices will not be paid until this form has been submitted. This form will be posted on the website, so please make sure you don't include any confidential information. This is your chance to advertise your project and let future applicants know how the Stillaguamish Capacity Fund helped you or your organization.

Congratulations on being awarded a Stillaguamish Capacity Fund grant! E-mail Donald "Kit" Crump if you have any questions about your grant, and good luck!
